Here at NAR, we empower individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions to create an effective and safe yoga practice. We do this by teaching multiple variations, allowing the poses to be adapted to specific needs and abilities. So, grab a mat, a table, or your wheelchair and come begin your journey to total wellness.
