Cycling

Join us in cycling along the peaceful Munger Trail, experiencing the wildlife and northern hardwood forest it has to offer.

Our staff and volunteers are trained to work with specialized cycling equipment and will support the participants throughout the ride. We have a small fleet of handcycles, tandem bikes, and recumbent trikes for participants to use. If you have your own bike, we encourage you to bring it.

Adaptive cycling gives you a low-impact cardiovascular workout. It can also help improve your coordination, balance, and strength.
